Nonhlanhla Zondi (entrepreneur) owns an array of businesses, namely: a tuck-shop, a tavern and renting out 12 cottages in Inanda, 5 Vodacom containers, guest house in Kwa Swayimani (PMB area), a tuck shop and a tavern building (leasing) as well as a free standing dwelling in Durban North (leasing), Décor and Catering, three Quantum (taxis), a carwash and two vacant plots in Inanda.

The entrepreneur conducts varying business activities which provide different products and services, namely:

• The tuck shop which retails general household goods including: food, soft drinks, cleaning supplies and personal hygiene supplies etc.
• The tavern adjacent to the tuck shop which sells alcohol and related beverages as well as snacks. The tavern features an ample seating area with a snooker table and has a wall mounted TV for entertainment. The tavern is one of the most popular spots in the area especially on weekends when there are high-profile soccer matches taking Tripe meat, which is popular amongst the drinkers, is sold at the tavern.
